A little bit about me...
After completing a BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography I spent 15 years working in the NHS performing X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans and mammograms. This professional experience has given me extremely in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology. I understand the body and enjoy working with people.
Massage is not just about the techniques you use but having the knowledge to apply those techniques to the exact area that needs treatment. It’s less about pressure and more about specificity. Each treatment is bespoke to your needs drawing from all of the disciplines I practise. No two treatments are the same. Advice on aftercare and home stretching routines given.
